The project was born because of the need for a computer system with special benefits to suit the political work of the company, handling simple to avoid resistance to change, as well as special requirements, namely execution under Windows platforms and Linux, and capacity to enable more than 15 users activities simultaneously with a transaction every two seconds in rush hour.

The system proved a success since the first day of putting into production. The database, with 5 years old, was successfully migrated amazingly fast. Most importantly, the inclusion of certain working mechanisms that have enabled improvements on some points where controls failed, among other things reducing the costs associated in orders for products supplier.

Given the growth that was taking the company was required to systematize the loading and processing of data generated in the various business units.

After searching and analyzing the various proposals that we thought could be helpful, not only to achieve this goal but to overcome it. It was the right decision, since during and after the development we realized that what was initially raised as a simple data recorder, finally got a generator of real and useful information.

The system enabled us to, besides having the information in a digital environment, control and make our processes more efficient and our attention to customers. Customers notice the difference in the quality of service thanks to the wide range of information provided by the system.

The process of migration and adaptation took place gradually allowing smooth start using the new system without interruption.
